Kontinentālie kongresi (angl. Continental Congresses, vāc. Kontinentalkongress, fr. Congrès continental) - likumdevējas institūcijas un izpildinstitūcijas Ziemeļamerikas britu koloniju teritorijā. I Kontinentālajā kongresā, kas darbojās laikā no 09.1774. līdz 10.1774. bija pārstāvētas 12 britu kolonijas. Šajā kongresā pieņēma Tiesību deklarāciju u.c. aktus, kuros tika postulēta koloniju pašnoteikšanās tiesību nepieciešamība. II Kontinentālais kongress darbojās laikā no 05.1775. līdz 03.1781. Tas pieņēma Neatkarības deklarāciju (04.07.1776.), Konfederācijas pantus u.c. aktus, kuros bija izstrādāta topošo ASV satversme.
